At Sea

A Sea day and nothing of great note to report but AG will complain if there’s nothing to read with her morning coffee so will do my best.

Woke this morning to see a rather large iceberg out there, then several along the way.  Nothing like what we saw in January but we are in Titanic waters so there’ll be more I guess as we proceed further north.

Today was laundry day so that’s all done!  Is so exciting and you meet such nice people there LOL!!!  At least on Regent you never see dust ups in the laundry, unlike on some Princess cruises.

There have been lectures, poker competitions, Mensa daily quiz, beginners bridge lessons, ballroom basics dance class, the Officers challenge, trivia, moonlight melodies, crepes afternoon tea - plenty to do today!  We had a ‘Top Tier’ cocktail party at 6 pm, held in the theatre it was a sit down affair and the chef was introduced in full chef’s outfit and it turned out he was the entertainer playing the piano.  Same chef as on this ship last year, there is enormous talent amongst the crew.

Shared a table at dinner with a couple from just south of San Diego.  The after dinner show was fabulous violin virtuoso Craig Halliday.  And very enjoyable, too.
